100% vacation, 0% worry

“Our top priority was to integrate simple design and clean lines with durable and easy-care materials. The materials and the design should blend in perfectly with the magnificent nature we can admire here in the holiday village ‘Les Lacs de L’Eau d’Heure’ on the banks of the Plate Taille lake in the Ardennnes in southern Belgium”, said Olivier Louis of the Lamy-Construction group in Nessonvaux, Belgium.

Since 2010, this 20 hectare site accommodates 250 holiday homes, a congress hotel, a Balnea Wellness Centre and a boutique landscape. NOMAWOOD STEPPE was used to create the perfect look. It blends in perfectly with its surroundings, from the linear construction of the housing, and the steppe green eternit cladding right through to the NOMAWOOD terraces which appear to float in the lakeland.
“As people arrive and get out of the car, their worries melt away and their holiday starts at the very first moment”, said Geraldine Tapie, the managing director of Golden Lake Village.
“Our top priority was to integrate unfussy design and clean lines with durable and easy-maintenance materials, and we were simply not prepared to compromise on this”, said Olivier Louis of the Lamy-Construction group in Nessonvaux, Belgium. “The result is simply stunning and in keeping with the beauty of the natural environment here in the holiday village ‘Les Lacs de L’Eau d’Heure’ on the banks of the Plate Taille lake in the Ardennnes in southern Belgium”.

By the end of 2010 this 20-hectare site will accommodate 250 holiday homes together with congress hotel, Balnea Wellness Centre and boutique landscape.
